Great Facilities & Location
The facilities were ideal for our family group of 11, including a very well equipped kitchen with everything needed and in good quantities for a larger group. The decor was comfortable and very well maintained.
A quiet but handy location, the dunes and beach are steps away. Lots of games and a very nice downstairs games room made this a great place for a family winter break getaway.

Excellent place to stay
We stayed here for about four days in late summer. The property description is accurate -- great place, and very spacious. For the number of beds, the proximity to the beach, and the amenities (game room, nice furnishings, etc.), this definitely felt like a great value. The location is ideal, and my kids loved that they could just walk across the street and be on the path to the beach. We would happily come back!

No hassle getaway
Always a pleasure staying at this property. Close to town and the beach but far enough away for peace and quiet. Lots of room for everyone to do their own thing.

Great Summer vacation at the beach
This house fit all our needs perfectly. We had Grandparents, parents, and children all together under one roof. The house is large, well equipped, with room for us all to spread out and enjoy our time together. We will return!

Weeks vacation
We had a wonderful time on our week in Oregon. The house has a lot of space so that everyone had their own privacy, which was a plus. Pool table was a big hit and we had three generations of family trying to out do each other. Really close proximity to the beach and we loved the outdoor patio. Nice quiet relaxing vacation was what we needed.

Beyond Our Dreams
It was the perfect place and setting for our 4 households to reconnect after 12 years apart! Room for quiet conversations and great for ‘all in’ events’, with so many fun items added to reach interests of all ages! Wonderful! Would have rated 6 stars if available!

Great family getaway
Great location, perfect for kids. Very accommodating! This is our second time staying here and it has everything we need for my husband and I and my sons and their families. Love being able to walk to the beach in a couple minutes was amazing. We were unable to log into the internet and I contacted the owner and even tho it was late, he had the property manager come right over to resolve it, she was the sweetest and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you for sharing your home! My grandkids can’t wait to come back! The memories are priceless.

Amazing Family Trip
This house was as described, if not better! There were 3 families (11 people) and we never felt crowded. The layout is perfect for everyone to be together but also quiet for when people wanted to do their own thing. We didn’t need anything while there, but prior to the trip owner communication was quick and helpful. There were a lot of beach toys for the kids, the walk to the beach was easy, and 10 minutes to the water depending on your pace and the tide. The beach was clean and practically private. We were there for an event at the convention center, 5 minute drive to the parking lot and didn’t have to go to the main road with lights or traffic. It was close to Canon Beach and Astoria for sight seeing. The neighborhood was a nice area and quiet. We all loved it and would stay again!

Comfortable, quiet stay
This house is much larger than pictured. There was plenty of room for us to spread out! Good separation of space for different generations.

Perfect Layout for Large Family
This home was perfect for our group of extended family. The layout of the house was great with the master and one other queen room on the main floor and two rooms for the kids upstairs. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the game room downstairs was an added bonus for the evenings after spending the day outdoors. We were close enough that we could walk into town if we wanted to.

Perfect Girl's Retreat
A Loafer’s Paradise is just that- a cozy, spacious retreat for families to relax and hang out! We had a girls retreat, and the house was perfect! More room than the pictures do justice to! There are plenty of games, puzzles, and DVDs for downtime, as well as a fun game room downstairs. You can see the ocean from the big living room windows, and walking there only takes a few minutes. Jeff was great about communicating clearly and quickly. We didn’t have great weather over our weekend, so we’d love to come back another time to enjoy the lovely deck with ocean view!

This house was awesome!
This house was awesome! There is a master bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen with a huge walk in closet. The kitchen and sitting area are large with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with tons of utensils, a slow cooker, mixer, different coffee machines, and there is an abundance of cups, plates and silverware which is great for large groups. The living room was full of games and we did lots of puzzles as a family at the table. There is another queen bedroom on the main floor and bathroom. The downstairs is AMAZING! kids had a blast playing games and hanging out. Washer and dryer work great (the dryer is better than my own!) and lots of room for laundry. Upstairs is another large bedroom with the kids room across the way. Bunk beds and then two twin beds makes for extra space for large groups. All bathrooms were stocked and they even provided little soaps and shampoo/conditioners in each bathroom. The views of the beach are beautiful and the little trail to get to the sandy part of the beach is just steps away! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

Amazing House and Location
This is a perfect getaway for a large group. We had 10 of us and never once felt cramped. It has everything you could ever want or need. So much better than a hotel and steps from the beach. House was well taken care of and a lit of fun to be in. We are already planning on going back next year

Just what the doctor ordered
Our stay here was fantastic. The location of the property gives you easy access to the beach as well as a short walk to downtown along the promenade. The kitchen is well stocked and having 3 bathrooms with a large group is a huge bonus.

Safest way to vacation
My family and I have loved coming to Seaside over the years but with this pandemic surge we didn’t want to risk staying in a hotel. This house is close enough to downtown to walk to but far away enough to feel nice and secluded. Plenty of space and seating. Loved the game room. Very comfortable property.

Lovely Beach House
This house has plenty of room for our extended family. The kids really enjoyed the game room with foosball and pool table. The beach is a short walk through the dunes and is very quiet and tranquil. Easy drive to all amenities. I highly recommend the gelato at Sea Star Gelato.

After Christmas visit at the beach
We had a happy time with our family at A Loafer's Paradise. Plenty of room, appropriate beds for children and adults, a well -equipped kitchen and cozy living/dining room. Of course the two most well-used spaces were the dining table (lively meal times, general visiting, and card or board games) and the rec room. Everyone enjoyed pool or foosball except the youngest one.and she was happy with all the attention available to her. Also there was plenty of seating for a movie night. We had a great time!

Great Seaside Home
We rented the house for a long weekend after running the Hood to Coast Relay, and this property was perfect for us to relax and enjoy the beach and small town of Seaside. Great location, amenities, and communication with the owner.

Pure Enjoyment
We loved our stay at this property. Plenty of room to move about for many people. Close to the beach and not far from city center. Just a short drive for the old folks. I neglected to read the final email attachment so we failed to return the property to the exacting standards as required. Nevertheless our entire cleaning fee was returned. I was surprised and pleased.
